1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain products are non-returnable, including perishable goods, customized items, personal hygiene products, and items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds may be delayed if the product shows signs of use, is damaged, or not in its original condition.

4. Replacements

We offer free replacement for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items sent in error
  • Items not matching the description on our website
  • After inspecting the returned item /damaged items we shall deliver you the replacement within 7-10 business days

You must notify us of such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
